The company has always benefited even in the early days from the total commitment of some of the industry market leaders in both commercial and domestic boilers. We were able to develop our core business structure and how we took the company forward to introduce it to the market. Being totally dedicated in providing quality in service has proven to be the successful element that became the main structure and is today what forms our First in Service Policy.
We have grown the business and now have an extensive client base and with on-going training, increasing skill set with highly qualified engineers and administration staff our clients have total confidence. Our market share has grown and developed where we have clients from some of the UK largest developers, along with property management companies which promoted and further extended the client requirements to the Leaseholders and the maintenance and repair of their heat interface units.
First in Service
We believe our success and continued growth stems from our First in Service Policy.
First in Service was designed by our Managing Director to offer all existing, new and potential clients assurance in the high level service being provided. It is a means to ensure that all staff whether site or office based follow strict guidelines on every project from day works through to large installations so that all clients receive the same high quality service from the initial enquiry through to the finished project.
Over the years the policy has evolved to incorporate changes to accommodate client expectations, changes in health and safety and modifications to the site operative’s producers so that we can always be consistent.
It is also designed so that in the event of sickness, an alternative engineer can continue with the works with a comprehensive knowledge of the job passed on by their colleague, ensuring that the client will see no change in work flow. The policy provides peace of mind so that despite a change in who attends the works, the client will always receive the highest quality level of service.
First in Service is a bespoke set of company requirements, procedures and tasks that guarantee the best service and value while ensuring our staff are courteous and polite – maintaining a clean safe working environment that inspires confidence in CNC and its staff.
We have set up all our PAYE engineers with the ability of working from their home locations. This allows us to offer existing and new clients a much wider area of coverage, with the added benefits of continuity in the engineer’s attendance. This promotes confidence that the engineer will always be fully appraised and has total knowledge of the plant on site and a working relationship with the client and their staff.
Yes, all our gas engineers are Gas Safe Registered and should be by law.
